Becky R. Webb

Becky R. Webb was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, where she discovered her passion for dance during her high school years. It was then that she felt comfortable enough to explore the world of movement and rhythm. Her journey took an exciting turn when she was accepted into the Achievement First Brooklyn Dance Department, where she honed her skills under the guidance of Achievement First’s Dance Team and Company Dance. 

In 2017, Becky moved to Minnesota to pursue her bachelor’s degree. During her college years, she co-founded the M.I.X (short for Movement, Inspiration, and eXpression) hip-hop dance club at St. Olaf College. Educating dancers of varying experience levels in hip-hop fundamentals and providing them with performance opportunities. 

In 2021, she embarked on her heels dancing journey, delving into a new genre of movement. This decision opened doors for her, leading her to join Krush, a prominent Twin Cities-based performance group, in 2022. In 2023, Becky joined the Vibe 2.0 Mentorship Program, under the mentorship of La​Tanya Janteya, where she continued to expand her dance knowledge. 

Becky has had the opportunity to dive into many different genres of dance but her sweet spouts are heels and hip-hop, and as she continues to grow and train within the Minnesota dance community she is beginning to share her choreography with the community.
